What are your shipping costs?
Shipping depends on size and weight of the items purchased. Most items will ship USPS Priority Mail. Smaller items will ship USPS First Class. We offer local pick-up for Baton Rouge, LA and Huntsville, AL.
When will my items ship?
All in-stock items ship within 4 business days of receipt of payment, usually faster. Custom or personalized items ship within 14 business days of receipt of payment but depend on how quickly the PDF proof is approved for printing.
Pre-order items have set shipping dates, which can be found in item details on the product’s page.
What delivery methods do you use?
Standard shipping is provided through USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-5 business days.
Once items have been fulfilled and shipped by LIFE AS PAPER, it is the responsibility of USPS to get your items to you on time. If there is a problem once you receive your tracking number, we suggest contacting your local post office as the first point of contact. Once an order is in the hands of USPS, they are responsible for missing, lost or damaged packages.
When can I expect to receive my Pre-order?
When you are viewing a pre-order item you will see a “ships by” date on the product’s page. All pre-orders ship by the dates stated on the product’s page. If the date has passed and your order has still not shipped, please email [email protected] so we can determine the status of your order.
How do I track my order?
An email will be sent to you with the tracking number. If you do not see it, check your spam/junk folder or email us for it.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We ship United States Postal Service to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that large packages or bulky items may not be able to ship to a PO Box.
Returns & Exchanges
SALE items, custom items, and personalized items are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.
For non-sale we do not accept returns or issue refunds. We are happy to accept the return of unused items (in excellent condition) or defective items, within 5 days of receipt of your order for an EXCHANGE. All items are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Personalized items or custom orders cannot be returned.
If you would like to exchange an item please complete the following steps:
1. Purchase the new items on lifeaspaper.com and add a note that your purchase is for an exchange.
2. Email us at [email protected] with your old order#, new order#, and reason for exchange.

What happens if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?
